Elevate your performance with therapy that starts with how you  move.

As a coach and licensed massage therapist, Jeff uses movement analysis and hands-on therapy to support in-person athletes with personalized performance care. Movement Analysis and Performance Therapy

By observing the athlete in motion, during warm-ups, drills, or running, Jeff looks for patterns, asymmetries, and changes over time or under fatigue to better understand their movement mechanics.

Performance therapy combines movement analysis with hands-on or guided self-therapy to address physical imbalances, improve movement quality, reduce injury risk, and support daily training goals.

FAQ's

Why does movement analysis matter?

It reveals how an athlete moves, where imbalances exist, and helps guide real-time training decisions and therapeutic interventions for healthier, more efficient performance. Ultimately, helping prevent injury by reducing unnecessary wear and tear on the body.

Who can benefit from movement analysis?

Any athlete can benefit, but it's especially helpful for those recovering from injury, stuck in a recurring injury cycle or noticing early signs of tightness, discomfort, or asymmetry in their movement.

What happens after the movement analysis?

Based on the findings, we create a targeted therapy or self-therapy plan to correct imbalances, restore symmetry, and support efficient, injury-resistant movement in real-time.

“The advantage of Coach Boele is that we have trust and consistency with our team therapist. This is better than a random PT or Chiropractor that has no relationship with the coaching staff. We not only get to see the work that Jeff does, but we are part of the communication process between Jeff and the athlete about what needs to happen to keep people healthy and moving forward towards recovery.”
