This course is about more than performance, it’s about learning to trust yourself, navigate challenges with composure, and reconnect with why you compete in the first place. It’s about developing a puzzle solving mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities to grow, resulting in the strongest, best, most resilient version of yourself.
Champions love puzzles!
Through a blend of storytelling, reflection, and research-based tools, Elevate Your Mindset helps athletes strengthen the habits that support consistency, focus, and fulfillment both in sport and in life.
Whether you’re facing setbacks, navigating self-doubt, or feeling “stuck”, this course gives you practical strategies to stay grounded, sharpen your confidence, and perform at your best when it matters most.
This Course Is For You If...
-
You are tired of self-doubt or perfectionism holding you back & want to get "un-stuck".
-
You shut down or give up when things don't go according to plan & want practical, proven tools to stay composed under pressure.
-
You feel discouraged or overwhelmed when you fail to meet a big goal & want to have fun and enjoy training and competition again!
A Note from Katie
“For much of my running career I felt “stuck”. I didn’t know how to get out of my head and perform under pressure the way I knew I was truly capable of. I had amazing support from coaches, mentors and sports psychs along the way who gave me valuable tools to practice in training and competition. As I practiced these new skills, I started to feel more prepared, then I started to gain confidence. I began to see that “mentally tough” doesn’t exist, but that “mentally prepared” does. Prepared = Confident. Want to stand on the line and feel ready to take on whatever challenges you’re facing? I’d love to support you and teach the valuable lessons that led to my own breakthroughs!”
If you’re ready to take ownership of your mental game and perform with confidence, let’s go! If I can do it, you can do it too.

What is the recommended length of time to complete the course?
I recommend at least 2-3 months to go through the course, so there is adequate time to practice new skills! I strongly believe that the key to growth is consistent practice. In one-on-one sessions we'll evaluate what worked well and where you got stuck so we can re-adjust. Failure is feedback!
I also recommend taking at least 2 weeks to move through each of the online course sections. Give yourself time to complete and practice the exercises!
Is this course only for runners?
No! These mindset skills apply to any athlete. I've worked with athletes in many different sports including lacrosse, football, baseball, hockey and basketball to overcome the mental barriers holding them back from performing their best!
