I competed as a professional athlete for over a decade, and am also a trained counselor. This course is based on my own personal experiences, as well as what I’ve learned from working with athletes from various sports backgrounds.

I’ve identified 4 categories that are often roadblocks to performance, and am confident the strategies and tools I use to combat these obstacles work.

Course Curriculum
Modules 1-4 "The Resilient Athlete":
Set yourself up for success! Discover all the pieces of the puzzle that make up a resilient athlete. Build a support team and examine what important tools you need in your "tool box" to perform your best.
Modules 5-11 "Confident Mindset":
Can you silence your inner critic? Reprogram your mindset so you can overcome self doubt and compete with confidence.
Modules 12-18 "Purpose Driven Mindset":
How would you know if the season was a success if you didn't win or set a personal best? Take a deep dive into what drives you apart from how you perform, and learn how to bounce back stronger when you don't meet a big goal!
Modules 19-25 "Competition Mindset":
Can you maintain focus under pressure or when things aren't going according to plan? Develop a solution oriented mindset that is ready for anything! Be prepared to take on unexpected challenges utilizing techniques from top performers in the world.
Modules 26-29 "Championship Mindset":
Manage pre-competition excitement and nerves using all the tools in your tool box. Stay grounded during competitions with gratitude and visualization!
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the 3 formats?
All 3 formats cover the same material and come with corresponding worksheets and exercises to apply your new skills in training and competitions!

The individual one-on-one coaching sessions with Katie consist of four virtual meetings + a follow-up call.

The team coaching sessions can be individually tailored around your teams schedule and timeline.
​

The online video course consists of roughly 30 modules that are 5-15 minutes in length + interviews from nutritionists and elite athletes.

What is the recommended length of time to complete the course?
I recommend at least 2-3 months to go through the course, so there is adequate time to practice new skills! For one-on-one coaching sessions I aim to meet with you every 2-3 weeks, because I strongly believe that the key to growth is consistent practice. We'll evaluate what worked well and where you got stuck so we can re-adjust. Failure is feedback!

I also recommend taking at least 2 weeks to move through each of the online course sections, for 2-3 months total time to complete the course. Give yourself time to complete and practice the exercises! They will challenge you!
Is this course only for runners?
No! These mindset skills apply to any athlete. I've worked with athletes in many different sports including lacrosse, football, baseball, hockey and basketball to overcome the mental barriers holding them back from performing their best!
